Biography

An acclaimed actor of stage and screen, Karen Chamberlain holds an MFA from Rutgers University where she studied with William Esper and Maggie Flanigan. After graduation, she trained to teach The Meisner Technique under William Esper and taught at his studio for nine years , as well as Voice and Acting for The BFA Professional Actor Training Program, Mason Gross School of The Arts at Rutgers University from 2001-2005. Karen was the first On-Site Resident Director for The Rutgers Conservatory at Shakespeare's Globe, London. 2002-2003. She is currently Senior Lecturer at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia as well as active ensemble member of The Collective.
